Return & Refund Policy

At Jean Pascal Florist, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Every arrangement is made to order with fresh, seasonal blooms and the utmost care. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns on floral arrangements.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your floral order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. We will gladly offer a replacement arrangement of equal value to ensure your experience meets our standards.

For non-perishable items such as candles, books, and other dry goods, we offer refunds or exchanges, provided the item is returned to the shop in its original, unopened condition within 7 days of purchase. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

GENERAL DELIVERY POLICY

We offer same day delivery in Los Angeles on orders placed before 10am.We require that someone be available to receive all our flower deliveries. We also require a working, local phone number for all deliveries. All sales are final and non refundable. It is your responsibility, as the sender, to ensure that the recipient will be at the location of the delivery on the date of delivery. If the recipient goes home early (if delivered to a workplace) or is out of town (for home deliveries), unbeknownst to us, it is not cause for refund or exchange as we have fulfilled our obligation in delivering upon the date of request as ordered by the sender. If we cannot deliver the first time you will be billed a redelivery fee.
