We require that someone be available to receive all our flower deliveries. We also require a working, local phone number for all deliveries.

Jean-Pascal offers same-day delivery across Los Angeles — however, same-day orders must be placed by phone and cannot be processed online.

We typically serve Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, West Los Angeles, East Los Angeles, Santa Monica, Bel Air, and Malibu.

For rush deliveries or requests for specific delivery times, please call the store at 424-446-2221. We will always do our best to accommodate, though availability depends on our current volume of orders.

We require a phone number for the recipient as some buildings will not accept perishable deliveries, and we need to call the recipient or representative to come to the lobby to accept the flowers. We cannot take responsibility if the recipient is away from the office or out of town. If the flowers are not accepted for those reasons, you will need to place another order for another time.

If nobody is home to accept the delivery, it is our policy to return it to the shop. The sender will have to pay a re-delivery fee before we attempt another delivery. We can leave the delivery at the door unattended, only if instructed to.

To treat our work with the utmost of care, all our arrangements are hand-delivered. We use our in-house delivery service that is skilled at delivering our arrangements.

Our arrangements are presented in our signature carryon bags, elegantly gift wrapped with a handwritten card and wax sealed envelope. The blooms are nestled in tissue, and always delivered with a water pouch and protected from the weather with cellophane.

Yes, we are happy to deliver to hospitals and universities. We do require a room number as well as a phone number for the recipient so that our courier can contact them or their representative directly if necessary.

Yes, of course. We are more than happy to have you visit our studio and pick up your order. Simply choose Pick Up in the delivery portion of the checkout process.
